RECTORY NEW BUILD AND EXTENSION

The scheme was a new build Rectory and extension to existing, designed by an architect who works regularly with R & M Developments on similar schemes. This project’s challenges centred around delivering within the agreed budget and around value engineering, whilst keeping the originality and bespoke feel of the surrounding location. The family was also present and living full-time within the existing premises during some major works. R & M Developments were very mindful of this and safety of the family was paramount throughout the course of the project.
