Bridgnorth Maisonettes Demolition for Northwards Housing
The original maisonette block located on Bridgnorth Road, Higher Blackley was in a poor state of repair and would have required significant investment spanning over a number of years to bring it back up to standard for living. It was agreed to demolish the building to create the opportunity for a future larger development site, which could potentially provide 38 new energy-efficient homes to the area.

We were awarded the job to demolish the site by Northwards Housing. The work began with fencing to secure the surrounding area, disconnecting any of the existing services and safely removing any identified asbestos. Once the preparation was complete we began the demolition work of the maisonette block including the removal of the foundations. On completion, we provided and lay topsoil with seed along with the construction of knee rail fencing to the surrounding area.
